Reviews & Feedback

Customers may leave a review or testimonial after service delivery. We reserve the right to publish, reject, or remove any reviews that are offensive or false.

Refunds and Cancellations

We offer full refunds only under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. If a service is already delivered, or processing has begun, a refund cannot be issued. Customers may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement. Beyond that window, services may already be under processing and thus non-refundable.

Service Timelines

Some services may take additional time due to IRS or State processing delays. Once we receive official confirmation, we typically deliver services within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, and processes are the intellectual property of Business Stair and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Business Stair is not liable for:

Government processing delays (e.g., IRS or State delays)

Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by users

Government Compliance

You agree to comply with all U.S. and international laws, including tax, financial, and anti-terrorism regulations. You also acknowledge that any violations, including the submission of forged or fake documents, may result in legal consequences solely borne by you.

Data Accuracy & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents and data you provide. Business Stair may request additional information to proceed with your application, and failure to provide such information may result in service delays or cancellations without refund.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access if they violate these Terms or misuse our platform.
